I can’t tell you how many times I’ve attempted

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve attempted to record a podcast since we’ve been home from the #serpentmound retreat in Ohio. My heart is so full of so much gratitude & emotion but the words have not come forth yet for me to describe what this experience was like.

So I’ll start at the end of the trip, at the Venus sculpture across the bridge from where I was born. I’ll let these photos tell you a story while I find the words for the rest.

There are actually NO English words for what this reclamation of holy land, sacred ground feels like. We’re on a mission to restore the hidden Serpent Mound that’s over 2,000 years old on Marathon Oil property in Ashland, KY.

Restoring sacred indigenous sites in Appalachia is personal reclamation & deep healing for me. I’m all in on this project.

We began filming a documentary and I’m very grateful for the help & support of @feather_dearstead & @austindwalters as we see where this legacy project takes us next.

In these photos, we were fresh off a week of ceremonies: from a beautiful #sweatlodge at the beginning of the trip to #flowermedicine #fireactivation #trancedanceritual & #cacao ceremonies all along the way, our final offering was #bluethistle flower & water from the spring at Serpent Mound offered to the Ohio River.

I love the photo where my hair is crazy in the wind where we created a #flowermandala around the Venus statue. This was an offering of healing to all former versions of me-the girl who was born there, the 19-year old girl who lived here for awhile and to the sacred land of Appalachia & the Ohio River. She is me, I am her.

Five years later than planned, our home construction begins!

We have taken six years since we bought the land to cultivate a relationship with our sacred ground. Good things take time, especially relationships with land and respect for all the beings who already live within the ecosystem. 🌳

We had no idea what stewarding this land would be like and it’s been so worth the time and love we have put into cultivating this special relationship.

I’m sharing the first #medicinewheel I ever offered to the land back when we bought the property, along with a #flowermedicinewheel with a life arrow full of prayers from one #summersolstice ceremony. 💘

We blessed the four corners of the land this week with honey, citrus & flowers & we will never forget the 4/4 portal of 2025 was the day we broke ground and began construction with prayer & gratitude. Check out my turtle medicine gift 🐢 as we began the project!

I’ve been listing the series of miracles & synchronicities that happended on the retreat to #serpentmound and they just keep coming.

People have asked me what my favorite moment was and I have too many to count right now. I loved EVERY moment of the entire experience!

Still integrating this epic retreat which has been a dream come true. So thankful I came out of my 16-year retirement from facilitating retreats to enjoy this gorgeous group of people on such holy ground.

Snippets of the retreat are beginning to trickle In, so I’ll share with you as they come. My heart is so fulfilled and we still have the documentary footage to edit in devotion to the restoration of sacred indigenous sites in Appalachia. 🌀🌄

I love teaching my Wednesday #qigongtraining class. Here’s some photos from a fun day we had back in December when my teachers @earthstar2002 made a special visit to our class!

Today is the first day I had to cancel class because my sinuses are all stuffed up, so I’m cuddling with Kona today & cleared everything off the schedule.

Feeling super grateful for so many things right now. Grateful I miss doing what I do when my energy isn’t at its normal high state to facilitate.
I love being so excited to see who I’m going to see and get to work with beautiful people that I enjoy every day-I don’t need a break from the things I love doing.

This is my wish for everyone: to carefully curate a life filled with so much excitement doing things you love each day.

I had the best dream about my #qigongstudents when I went back to sleep this morning. I dreamt that they all met in the classroom without me and just carried on with our #qigong party, because it IS a party even though we work hard & practice. ;)

In my dream, I arrived at class and they were all calling out the positions to each other as they remember them, laughing and having the best time ever. I woke up missing my weekly Qi Gong party with them.

I want everything I do to be a party, whether it’s a retreat, a Qi Gong class, a breathwork session in the salt cave, speaking at a church, whatever I’m spending precious time doing. It doesn’t matter what it is-I intend to enjoy everything I do to the fullest and that makes life worth living.

At the same time, our world has changed and we’re remembering our sacred origins like never before.

You DO NOT need to be initiated by a particular person or group to be the #multidimensionalhealer you came to this earth to be, but you do need proper training to be safe & effective.

In my mentorship program, we don’t take spiritual responsibility lightly, when it comes to #shamanichealing #energycultivation & #spiritualhygiene

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve attempted

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve attempted to record a podcast since we’ve been home from the #serpentmound retreat in Ohio. My heart is so full of so much gratitude & emotion but the words have not come forth yet for me to describe what this experience was like.

So I’ll start at the end of the trip, at the Venus sculpture across the bridge from where I was born. I’ll let these photos tell you a story while I find the words for the rest.

There are actually NO English words for what this reclamation of holy land, sacred ground feels like. We’re on a mission to restore the hidden Serpent Mound that’s over 2,000 years old on Marathon Oil property in Ashland, KY.

Restoring sacred indigenous sites in Appalachia is personal reclamation & deep healing for me. I’m all in on this project.

We began filming a documentary and I’m very grateful for the help & support of @feather_dearstead & @austindwalters as we see where this legacy project takes us next.

In these photos, we were fresh off a week of ceremonies: from a beautiful #sweatlodge at the beginning of the trip to #flowermedicine #fireactivation #trancedanceritual & #cacao ceremonies all along the way, our final offering was #bluethistle flower & water from the spring at Serpent Mound offered to the Ohio River.

I love the photo where my hair is crazy in the wind where we created a #flowermandala around the Venus statue. This was an offering of healing to all former versions of me-the girl who was born there, the 19-year old girl who lived here for awhile and to the sacred land of Appalachia & the Ohio River. She is me, I am her.

Five years later than planned, our home construction begins!

We have taken six years since we bought the land to cultivate a relationship with our sacred ground. Good things take time, especially relationships with land and respect for all the beings who already live within the ecosystem. 🌳

We had no idea what stewarding this land would be like and it’s been so worth the time and love we have put into cultivating this special relationship.

I’m sharing the first #medicinewheel I ever offered to the land back when we bought the property, along with a #flowermedicinewheel with a life arrow full of prayers from one #summersolstice ceremony. 💘

We blessed the four corners of the land this week with honey, citrus & flowers & we will never forget the 4/4 portal of 2025 was the day we broke ground and began construction with prayer & gratitude. Check out my turtle medicine gift 🐢 as we began the project!

I’ve been listing the series of miracles & synchronicities that happended on the retreat to #serpentmound and they just keep coming.

People have asked me what my favorite moment was and I have too many to count right now. I loved EVERY moment of the entire experience!

Still integrating this epic retreat which has been a dream come true. So thankful I came out of my 16-year retirement from facilitating retreats to enjoy this gorgeous group of people on such holy ground.

Snippets of the retreat are beginning to trickle In, so I’ll share with you as they come. My heart is so fulfilled and we still have the documentary footage to edit in devotion to the restoration of sacred indigenous sites in Appalachia. 🌀🌄

I love teaching my Wednesday #qigongtraining class. Here’s some photos from a fun day we had back in December when my teachers @earthstar2002 made a special visit to our class!

Today is the first day I had to cancel class because my sinuses are all stuffed up, so I’m cuddling with Kona today & cleared everything off the schedule.

Feeling super grateful for so many things right now. Grateful I miss doing what I do when my energy isn’t at its normal high state to facilitate.
I love being so excited to see who I’m going to see and get to work with beautiful people that I enjoy every day-I don’t need a break from the things I love doing.

This is my wish for everyone: to carefully curate a life filled with so much excitement doing things you love each day.

I had the best dream about my #qigongstudents when I went back to sleep this morning. I dreamt that they all met in the classroom without me and just carried on with our #qigong party, because it IS a party even though we work hard & practice. ;)

In my dream, I arrived at class and they were all calling out the positions to each other as they remember them, laughing and having the best time ever. I woke up missing my weekly Qi Gong party with them.

I want everything I do to be a party, whether it’s a retreat, a Qi Gong class, a breathwork session in the salt cave, speaking at a church, whatever I’m spending precious time doing. It doesn’t matter what it is-I intend to enjoy everything I do to the fullest and that makes life worth living.
