In 2019, I kept having this weird recurring dream

In 2019, I kept having this weird recurring dream about water. The dream was a strong message, an admonition to “heal my waters” and I had no idea what it meant.

The dream was always the same and it went on for months. I would see the words: HEAL YOUR WATERS spelled out in front of me and then I would hear someone say those words. Then, I would immediately wake up and try to figure out the dream.

I wondered if maybe I needed to clean my blood. 🩸Was that the message? Or was the dream a strong call to help the waters of our planet? 💧

It turns out the dream was pointing me in the direction of both of those truths, since our bodies are part of this living Earth ecosystem. In my podcast episode “Confessions of a Dirty Mind: How to Upgrade Your Thoughts”, I tell the story of how I met my teacher #raymongrace

In an effort to understand the dream, I pulled out an old DVD showing how to clear and charge water. There was Raymon, a no nonsense cowboy from Virginia, telling me to go get my glass of water and put it up to the TV screen.
I never imagined I was going to learn so much more than how to heal water by working with Raymon Grace. His teachings on #dowsing have changed my life and up-leveled my #energyhealing practice.

We included seeds, flowers, figs, chocolate gold coins, tobacco, copal, shiny stars, silver thread, sweet candy, wine, brandy and many other delicious offerings to connect us to all our relations: sacred waters, mountains, nature spirits, ancestors, elements, animals, minerals=all of life.

Could anything delight me more than a surprise rite of passage/blessing ceremony? I love sitting in ceremony with medicine women from all lineages & traditions as we grow, connect and expand together, transcending the limits of cultural traditions while we learn from the ancestors’ ways. “Be brave enough to suck at something new” was

“Be brave enough to suck at something new” was the phrase that got me through 2020-2022.

After 25 years in the treatment room, I wanted to take everything I’d learned as an #energyhealer into the online space, but I was terrified.

It would have been so much easier to play it safe and stick with what I was best at doing. But the global shut down was my opportunity to learn new stuff and I took it! 💫

What a sweet, full circle moment to teach #reikimaster certification again after ten years. ☯️

This past weekend I was honored to train & give #reikimasterattunements to six bright healers 🌟alongside my precious teachers who taught the #reikimaster🙏🏽🔮✨ lineage to me twenty years ago.

This entire class formed itself naturally, magically and provided me with some powerful lessons about how much I have changed in the last decade, since I taught this class, and oh my-how I have changed since becoming a #reikimasterteacher in 2003! 😮

I’m going to drop a podcast episode soon with all the details of what I learned & came away with from the intense weekend, which is all still rippling out and in process with me, for sure. #stillprocessing

You know how it is when you go through a major energetic shift and it takes you awhile to process and integrate the experience?

I’ve been processing what happened to me at Serpent Mound, OH on December 10th and the integration just keeps rippling out and unfolding. 🐍

Since I made the post about how my family and I landed unexpectedly at the oldest sacred effigy #earthworks site in the world (on a day I was supposed to be in a #massagetherapy continuing ed class) the #spiritretrieval and #energycultivation process that has ensued has been nothing short of astounding.

As an intuitive coach, I’m a lover of goals and motivational practices for sure.
HOWEVER, remembering my humanness and how I fit into the seasons, cycles and rhythms of nature has done more for my business, creativity & productivity than crushing goals has ever done.

The more I listen to my body and what it wants, the more creative I become.
The more I tune myself back to the rhythm of nature the way our ancestors did, the more I desire to write or produce my podcast and it doesn’t feel like “work” at all. It feels like inspired action at the right time.

So what does that mean for New Year, New You?

It means you may be full-on changing your life as of today (because you can do this any day of the year) and I am so proud of you.

We included seeds, flowers, figs, chocolate gold coins, tobacco, copal, shiny stars, silver thread, sweet candy, wine, brandy and many other delicious offerings to connect us to all our relations: sacred waters, mountains, nature spirits, ancestors, elements, animals, minerals=all of life.

Could anything delight me more than a surprise rite of passage/blessing ceremony? I love sitting in ceremony with medicine women from all lineages & traditions as we grow, connect and expand together, transcending the limits of cultural traditions while we learn from the ancestors’ ways. I love it all, learn from it all! ♾️

“Be brave enough to suck at something new” was the phrase that got me through 2020-2022.

After 25 years in the treatment room, I wanted to take everything I’d learned as an #energyhealer into the online space, but I was terrified.

It would have been so much easier to play it safe and stick with what I was best at doing. But the global shut down was my opportunity to learn new stuff and I took it! 💫

What a sweet, full circle moment to teach #reikimaster certification again after ten years. ☯️

This past weekend I was honored to train & give #reikimasterattunements to six bright healers 🌟alongside my precious teachers who taught the #reikimaster🙏🏽🔮✨ lineage to me twenty years ago.

This entire class formed itself naturally, magically and provided me with some powerful lessons about how much I have changed in the last decade, since I taught this class, and oh my-how I have changed since becoming a #reikimasterteacher in 2003! 😮

I’m going to drop a podcast episode soon with all the details of what I learned & came away with from the intense weekend, which is all still rippling out and in process with me, for sure. #stillprocessing

In 2019, I kept having this weird recurring dream

In 2019, I kept having this weird recurring dream about water. The dream was a strong message, an admonition to “heal my waters” and I had no idea what it meant.

The dream was always the same and it went on for months. I would see the words: HEAL YOUR WATERS spelled out in front of me and then I would hear someone say those words. Then, I would immediately wake up and try to figure out the dream.

I wondered if maybe I needed to clean my blood. 🩸Was that the message? Or was the dream a strong call to help the waters of our planet? 💧
