Star Goddess has been initiating me into deep wisdom. Her blooms are so gorgeous I take them to my sacred water spot as an offering. After her night performance is over, the aroma is completely gone and the blooms hang heavy & limp on her long branches.

They’re still so gorgeous though so I have to do something beautiful with them. I give them as a gift & prayer offering to the water. Today I had 12 blooms to offer. 💕 They feel like animals or aliens.

She has bloomed 6 or 7 times this summer. I feel so grateful to be her humble student. #plantpower #cactusmedicine #plantspiritmedicine #plantspirithealing #queenofthenightflower

Peruvian Whistle Vessels have visited me in my dre

Peruvian Whistle Vessels have visited me in my dreams since I discovered them in 2009. Yesterday, I was reunited with this set of powerful healing tools in ceremony and it was even better than I remembered.

These enchanted vessels, sometimes called “Sonic Ayahuasca”, create a third-eye/pineal gland activation like no other. 👁️‍🗨️👁️

What a delight to connect with my friend Shanton Wilcox, sound healer and facilitator of #peruvianwhistlesvessel workshops. Shanton also offers 1:1 primal sound sessions & group #soundtherapy events.

We were able to pull off a secret surprise for the birthday of @feather_dearstead with a few of her close friends, creating a sacred ceremony with the vessels. It was such a powerful healing experience for us all. 🌀

These vessels create an out-of-this-world cosmic sound that seems to clear out mental “static”, activating the pineal gland in a way that brings joy, clarity, energy and mental refreshment for me. I felt like my “energy antenna” was cleaned out after the experience. 📡

Everyone’s experience of the #peruvianwhistlingvessels will be unique, but many similar benefits were noted yesterday. I received so much feedback about the power and positive effects of working with these sacred whistles so my heart is happy with the offering.

Clients & friends have asked me how my thirty days devoted to writing felt. I can honestly say it has changed me forever, in such unexpected ways. I don’t think I’ve fully integrated all the positive changes yet, but I can tell I’m very different.

One thing I realized is just HOW MUCH energy and time it takes facilitators to pour into our clients during coaching & remote healing sessions. The work we do is so gratifying, but it’s also deeply intimate, requiring such steadfast presence.

After taking a break from seeing clients and teaching (both things I dearly love), I’m more committed than ever to be a well of support for facilitators because it takes so much of our life force energy to do what we do.⛲️ It’s not your normal 9 to 5!

I also realize how vigilant we have to be to safeguard time for doing things we love. Spare time to be creative isn’t going to just appear; life’s responsibilities will cave in on your unprotected dreams. You gotta “protect your light” as they say in Hawaii. #malamapono

What creative act would you devote yourself to (with wild abandon) for a month? Would you set up an altar? Would you read or write for thirty minutes a day? Would you allow yourself some precious time to dance? Would you finally perfect those #qigong moves?

When you think about taking thirty days and devoting yourself fully to something you want to grow & nurture, how does that make you feel?

Thirty days of devotion to writing my next book was the best gift I’ve EVER given myself!

I experienced tsunamis 🌊 of clarity with no distractions, seeing clearly how I want to restructure my online courses & membership community.

Also received crystal clear 💎 vision about where I want to take my online education business & ministry. And it all happened because I emptied my cup and got beautifully still for 4 weeks.

🚀 A month devoted to creativity went by fast but one thing is certain: I LOVE the sweetness and supportive community we have built together and I’m glad to be back! 🙌

I realized how I’ve worked nonstop to create online courses since 2020 and now the world is so different, the game has totally changed.

We have fully activated our light bodies & codes now, no longer governed by a seven chakra system at all. So my teachings have to change and that’s very humbling. I struggled with letting go of a lot of educational content I worked so hard to create, but this is the new earth way.

Energy workers have to adapt and ride these changes, modifying the way we teach and transmit information. Back when I became certified to teach #lightbodyactivation in 2007, we weren’t holding these higher frequencies like we are now! 🧬

Everything is changing, especially me, so my courses have to stay up with the times. 💞

I’m so happy to be back. Can’t wait to see what magic ✨ you all have been creating while I was away!

How do you work with them?

As I stepped into this new decade, I allowed my inner #archetypes to come out & play in a way I never have before. It was SO MUCH FUN!

Xochiquetzal is an archetype I work with in my healing work, so it was therapeutic to outwardly express the way I feel on the inside.

My inner Aztec Goddess, Xochiquetzal, helps me with #flowershamanism all the time. She took on a futuristic Steampunk look that day and my inner Queen came out to play, too. ;)

#xochiquetzal means “precious feather flower” 🌸 🪶 She is the Goddess of of Art, Dance, Love & Music. Her energy is strongly associated with flowers, which is why I love to work with her as a #flowershaman 🌼

I encourage you to do the same but with your own creative style. Look within and use your imagination for the archetypes that serve you best. Not sure which archetypal energy you need the most? Check out Carolyn Myss and her books on Archetypes. Very helpful!

Clients & friends have asked me how my thirty days devoted to writing felt. I can honestly say it has changed me forever, in such unexpected ways. I don’t think I’ve fully integrated all the positive changes yet, but I can tell I’m very different.

One thing I realized is just HOW MUCH energy and time it takes facilitators to pour into our clients during coaching & remote healing sessions. The work we do is so gratifying, but it’s also deeply intimate, requiring such steadfast presence.

After taking a break from seeing clients and teaching (both things I dearly love), I’m more committed than ever to be a well of support for facilitators because it takes so much of our life force energy to do what we do.⛲️ It’s not your normal 9 to 5!

I also realize how vigilant we have to be to safeguard time for doing things we love. Spare time to be creative isn’t going to just appear; life’s responsibilities will cave in on your unprotected dreams. You gotta “protect your light” as they say in Hawaii. #malamapono

What creative act would you devote yourself to (with wild abandon) for a month? Would you set up an altar? Would you read or write for thirty minutes a day? Would you allow yourself some precious time to dance? Would you finally perfect those #qigong moves?

Thirty days of devotion to writing my next book was the best gift I’ve EVER given myself!

I experienced tsunamis 🌊 of clarity with no distractions, seeing clearly how I want to restructure my online courses & membership community.

Also received crystal clear 💎 vision about where I want to take my online education business & ministry. And it all happened because I emptied my cup and got beautifully still for 4 weeks.

🚀 A month devoted to creativity went by fast but one thing is certain: I LOVE the sweetness and supportive community we have built together and I’m glad to be back! 🙌

I realized how I’ve worked nonstop to create online courses since 2020 and now the world is so different, the game has totally changed.

We have fully activated our light bodies & codes now, no longer governed by a seven chakra system at all. So my teachings have to change and that’s very humbling. I struggled with letting go of a lot of educational content I worked so hard to create, but this is the new earth way.

Energy workers have to adapt and ride these changes, modifying the way we teach and transmit information. Back when I became certified to teach #lightbodyactivation in 2007, we weren’t holding these higher frequencies like we are now! 🧬

Everything is changing, especially me, so my courses have to stay up with the times. 💞

I’m so happy to be back. Can’t wait to see what magic ✨ you all have been creating while I was away!

As I stepped into this new decade, I allowed my inner #archetypes to come out & play in a way I never have before. It was SO MUCH FUN!

Xochiquetzal is an archetype I work with in my healing work, so it was therapeutic to outwardly express the way I feel on the inside.

My inner Aztec Goddess, Xochiquetzal, helps me with #flowershamanism all the time. She took on a futuristic Steampunk look that day and my inner Queen came out to play, too. ;)

#xochiquetzal means “precious feather flower” 🌸 🪶 She is the Goddess of of Art, Dance, Love & Music. Her energy is strongly associated with flowers, which is why I love to work with her as a #flowershaman 🌼

Star Goddess has been initiating me into deep wisdom. Her blooms are so gorgeous I take them to my sacred water spot as an offering. After her night performance is over, the aroma is completely gone and the blooms hang heavy & limp on her long branches.

They’re still so gorgeous though so I have to do something beautiful with them. I give them as a gift & prayer offering to the water. Today I had 12 blooms to offer. 💕 They feel like animals or aliens.

Peruvian Whistle Vessels have visited me in my dreams since I discovered them in 2009. Yesterday, I was reunited with this set of powerful healing tools in ceremony and it was even better than I remembered.

These enchanted vessels, sometimes called “Sonic Ayahuasca”, create a third-eye/pineal gland activation like no other. 👁️‍🗨️👁️

What a delight to connect with my friend Shanton Wilcox, sound healer and facilitator of #peruvianwhistlesvessel workshops. Shanton also offers 1:1 primal sound sessions & group #soundtherapy events.

We were able to pull off a secret surprise for the birthday of @feather_dearstead with a few of her close friends, creating a sacred ceremony with the vessels. It was such a powerful healing experience for us all. 🌀

These vessels create an out-of-this-world cosmic sound that seems to clear out mental “static”, activating the pineal gland in a way that brings joy, clarity, energy and mental refreshment for me. I felt like my “energy antenna” was cleaned out after the experience. 📡
