Creating a #flowermedicinewheel is such a centering prayer practice for me, a way to call in the energy of the #fourdirections as they represent balancing & healing our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.

We celebrated 30 years of business @steves.tire.auto as @stevehemrick turned 60! 🎉 How sweet to celebrate community, friendship, family & honor mentors while supporting local businesses at The Factory, my little corner of the world, where so much healing has taken place over the last few years.

You might remember when we hosted Raymon Grace at @theeventattwotennc but the venue looked a bit different last night compared to when we had a two-day healing workshop there. ;) I’m convinced all the positive energy imprints of healing and transformation left in this space provided the perfect environment for Steve Hemrick to give back and love on his community & friends.

Today I witnessed powerhouse healers realize their role as COACH and it was a beautiful moment. I also invited a long time friend into our sacred circle to share his medicine & wisdom with our group. THANK YOU @phoenix_aten for sharing your priceless gems 💎 of experience with these beautiful healers.

I also shared with the coaching students that I took my first #coachingtrainingprogram from #louisehay in 2006 but it took me until 2020 to fully own the fact that I’m a really good coach, proficient enough to teach other people how to do it intuitively, infusing their own unique style. 😉

Today we were also talking about the importance of #somaticintegration when you’re doing a coaching session. I took my first #qigongteachertraining in 2015 but that didn’t make me a good #qigongteacher right away.

I felt like my #qigongpractice just dialed in this year, so all this stuff takes time and time is on our side. You have all the time you need, you’ll get there, whatever you want to do.

The wonderful thing about being in an #intuitivecoachingtribe right now? There’s never been a better time on planet earth to carry people forward into wholeness. 🤍

If you didn’t have to work, what do you love to do so much that you’d do it for free?

I found out my big passion and WHY, the inspired action that stirs my soul 🔥 during the shut down of 2020.

While we were all locked down at home, I didn’t have to do a darn thing for the first time in my life and I was more fired up about my purpose work than ever before. I created my #onlinecourses and immersive #coachingtraining mentorship instead of watching Netflix in my PJs because I wanted to do this whether I made money at it or not. I love helping other healers succeed, coaching #holistichealers as they grow their business and expand their reach.

I also realized why I took all those coaching trainings and certification courses over all these years as I swore, “But I’m not really a #coach 😉”

My passion is giving #massagetherapists #energyhealers #energyworkers #lightworkers and #yogateachers a new professional tool to help them move into the online space with clarity, power and success so they can serve their clients from anywhere, anytime and create true prosperity. 🌟

Flowers & crystals gathered in attendance under the auspicious Blue Moon in Pisces 🌕 with blessings from the ancestors shining on two gorgeous souls, Gregory & Ray, who joined their lives in sacred union on 9/1. ♾️

It’s always a treat to officiate a wedding for people I love, and this ceremony was so full of intention and presence! I’m still smiling, my heart beaming with happiness. ☀️

We shared a perfect moment stepping out of time into a portal that transported each of us into our own healing space. We grounded into our bodies & heart fields through music, prayer, chanting, qi gong, flower essences, sacred fire, ancestral/family/community altar inside the vortex of Highlands, NC.

I reconnected with a plant medicine sister from many timelines ago, @debbiedelany of Romany Botanicals along with two new friends, Richard & Joshua. 💕

I remember very clearly how I wanted my life to be when I took Louise Hay’s “Heal Your Life” coaching training program with Patricia Crane back in 2006.

So crazy, but I just realized this morning after my #gigong & #meditation time as I was sending out my latest newsletter with love & intention, dancing around the kitchen with a mug of cacao, that I have created everything I dreamed of back in 2006. I don’t think I had fully stopped to take that in until just now. 😳

Here’s the thing about high level creation and manifestation: as you grow and uplevel, so do your desires. It’s hard for me to imagine my life without daily #energycultivation practices now but my life was not like that in 2006. Dreams do come true because I get to do everything I love and my life was not always that intentional.

My first #firewalk was beyond what I could have hoped for & I’m still integrating a LOT. 🔥

I’ve always wanted to do this & anyone who knows I’m a #woodtiger in Chinese Medicine knows I love to play with #fireelement and #firemedicine 🪵

Some of the sacred wood we used came from our land we will build on, from the precious oak trees we had to take down. This wood was given a new life on the first night of #mercuryretrograde and it felt so special & powerful. We prayed over every piece of wood as we created three fires together. The process of building the fire is just as therapeutic and transformative as the #firewalking itself ♾️

We connected with and honored the complete life cycle of this fire and you can see the many forms and shapes it took on throughout the #firewalkceremony

The life of this fire began as 3 separate fires:
SERPENT: one fire for lessons the past
PUMA: another fire for being in the present moment, facing our fears & having courage
CONDOR: Creating our future, visions and prayers, flying high to transform and live our dreams.

I’ve been processing so hard, so many things I want to say about it but the words haven’t come to me just yet because the integration has been deep. 🌀

My heart is so wide open from this sacred work and I cannot thank @feather_dearstead enough for serving this transformative medicine 🔥 to me. I’m forever changed and very grateful.

It’s always a treat to officiate a wedding for people I love, and this ceremony was so full of intention and presence! I’m still smiling, my heart beaming with happiness. ☀️

We shared a perfect moment stepping out of time into a portal that transported each of us into our own healing space. We grounded into our bodies & heart fields through music, prayer, chanting, qi gong, flower essences, sacred fire, ancestral/family/community altar inside the vortex of Highlands, NC.

I reconnected with a plant medicine sister from many timelines ago, @debbiedelany of Romany Botanicals along with two new friends, Richard & Joshua. 💕

I remember very clearly how I wanted my life to be when I took Louise Hay’s “Heal Your Life” coaching training program with Patricia Crane back in 2006.

So crazy, but I just realized this morning after my #gigong & #meditation time as I was sending out my latest newsletter with love & intention, dancing around the kitchen with a mug of cacao, that I have created everything I dreamed of back in 2006. I don’t think I had fully stopped to take that in until just now. 😳

Here’s the thing about high level creation and manifestation: as you grow and uplevel, so do your desires. It’s hard for me to imagine my life without daily #energycultivation practices now but my life was not like that in 2006. Dreams do come true because I get to do everything I love and my life was not always that intentional.

My first #firewalk was beyond what I could have hoped for & I’m still integrating a LOT. 🔥

I’ve always wanted to do this & anyone who knows I’m a #woodtiger in Chinese Medicine knows I love to play with #fireelement and #firemedicine 🪵

Some of the sacred wood we used came from our land we will build on, from the precious oak trees we had to take down. This wood was given a new life on the first night of #mercuryretrograde and it felt so special & powerful. We prayed over every piece of wood as we created three fires together. The process of building the fire is just as therapeutic and transformative as the #firewalking itself ♾️

We connected with and honored the complete life cycle of this fire and you can see the many forms and shapes it took on throughout the #firewalkceremony

The life of this fire began as 3 separate fires:
SERPENT: one fire for lessons the past
PUMA: another fire for being in the present moment, facing our fears & having courage
CONDOR: Creating our future, visions and prayers, flying high to transform and live our dreams.

I’ve been processing so hard, so many things I want to say about it but the words haven’t come to me just yet because the integration has been deep. 🌀

My heart is so wide open from this sacred work and I cannot thank @feather_dearstead enough for serving this transformative medicine 🔥 to me. I’m forever changed and very grateful.

Finally carved out some time to do something that nourishes my soul: create a #flowermandala to honor the change of the season, infusing my love & prayers into every flower. 🌼

Creating a #flowermedicinewheel is such a centering prayer practice for me, a way to call in the energy of the #fourdirections as they represent balancing & healing our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.

We celebrated 30 years of business @steves.tire.auto as @stevehemrick turned 60! 🎉 How sweet to celebrate community, friendship, family & honor mentors while supporting local businesses at The Factory, my little corner of the world, where so much healing has taken place over the last few years.

You might remember when we hosted Raymon Grace at @theeventattwotennc but the venue looked a bit different last night compared to when we had a two-day healing workshop there. ;) I’m convinced all the positive energy imprints of healing and transformation left in this space provided the perfect environment for Steve Hemrick to give back and love on his community & friends.

Today I witnessed powerhouse healers realize their role as COACH and it was a beautiful moment. I also invited a long time friend into our sacred circle to share his medicine & wisdom with our group. THANK YOU @phoenix_aten for sharing your priceless gems 💎 of experience with these beautiful healers.

I also shared with the coaching students that I took my first #coachingtrainingprogram from #louisehay in 2006 but it took me until 2020 to fully own the fact that I’m a really good coach, proficient enough to teach other people how to do it intuitively, infusing their own unique style. 😉

Today we were also talking about the importance of #somaticintegration when you’re doing a coaching session. I took my first #qigongteachertraining in 2015 but that didn’t make me a good #qigongteacher right away.

I felt like my #qigongpractice just dialed in this year, so all this stuff takes time and time is on our side. You have all the time you need, you’ll get there, whatever you want to do.

The wonderful thing about being in an #intuitivecoachingtribe right now? There’s never been a better time on planet earth to carry people forward into wholeness. 🤍
