We’ve been doing #qigongteachertraining at Earthstar since February and I have really loved it, even the hard parts.

Honestly since I’ve been doing my own #qigongpractice every day for many years, I thought teaching Qi Gong would be easy. I found out as much as I love this healing modality, it is not easy to learn to teach!

Now I realize what an altered state I drop into when I’m doing my own #qigong practice.

The past few months have been all about staying mentally clear, embodied and precise with excellent communication skills as we demonstrate 36 martial arts moves which are slowed down and alchemized into healing energy work and #breathwork ☯️

I love to grow and strengthen my abilities as an #energyworker so this teacher training certainly checked all the boxes for personal growth and resiliency.

There were many challenging moments where I was like, “Why have I done this to myself?!” And now I’m so happy I did it! 😅

Thank you Dale & Jeanne for your love, support & wisdom and also for being great teachers and making us step into our excellence, even when self-sabotage creeps in.

Prior to 2020, remote distance healing sessions were a small part of my professional practice. Then, everything changed when the government shut us down & we weren’t allowed to see clients in person.

Some of us #energyhealers made lemonade out of 🍋lemons with a huge pivot into #distancehealing sessions and intuitive coaching, so we could still work with the clients we love.

Remote energy healing sessions are nothing new for us at this point. As a matter of fact, the whole situation made me pretty passionate about teaching others how to do #energywork and #intuitivecoaching anywhere, anytime, so we can stay empowered and in business-no matter what happens.

That’s how my Next Level Healer training program & community was born.

In December of 2020, I shut down my nineteen year

In December of 2020, I shut down my nineteen year old S-Corporation. That was the end of a wonderful chapter of my career, 25 years as a #holisticentrepreneur providing bodywork and #energyhealing sessions in private practice.

During that weird time of transition for all of us, I just knew I really wanted to support holistic professionals who had been unable to see their clients during the shutdown. So I founded a non-profit ministry for healers in the beginning of 2021 and decided to put my non-denominational ordination as a minister to good use, for my people: the HEALERS who have not had much support, spiritual restoration or outreach programs available.
My minister/teacher side of me has been busy, but the holistic entrepreneur side of me is still alive & well, wanting to come out and play.

I’m ready to be in business again so I’m forming an LLC to assist healers on the business side of things, not just in a spiritual capacity. I have taken time to sit with this question: Can I run a business AND a non-profit ministry? The answer is a huge YES because I’m both of these things: spiritual hearted and business minded. and We can allow all of our many facets to shine. 💎
Healers can be financially successful!

This is my passion & purpose in two ways: spiritual refreshment AND business coaching/mentoring for holistic entrepreneurs.

So many miracles & shifts have happened lately! I haven’t had time to integrate all these profound experiences yet, but I am journaling about them as best I can.

Also, I’ve been listening carefully to what is the highest choice I can make in each moment by precious moment, carving out time to process deep healing and realizations.

I’ve been revisiting a version of myself in 2005 and doing some very deep healing work with her lately. #changethestory #rewriteyourlife

As I think back and remember that version of me, the 31-year old me in 2005, she was so driven, experiencing major burnout with managing 16 employees at my two day spa locations.

I can see many things so clearly now that 31-year old me could not see when she sold her business and went on a soul searching journey to study with Louise Hay and many other great teachers, leaving the spa industry behind for good, stepping into full-time #energyhealing as a career path.

Now, I can give that version of me so much acceptance, love and approval now as I integrate timelines and weave a new story.

In the power of this #fullmoonenergy I gave thanks that I now know a better way of creating my life than I did back then-no more grind, no more hustle, no more #approvaladdiction

I don’t have to recreate burnout for more lessons needed.

So much to give thanks for after the Raymon Grace workshop weekend and our #trancedance event Sunday night!
I have lots to share but it’s still swirling around in my heart. 💕

I cry every time I think back on the weekend and feel into the power of our community of healers.

So many friends contributed their beautiful skills and talents to make the weekend a special experience.

Profound healing occurs when people come together with heart-centered intention. 💜

I want to give thanks for each person involved in this epic weekend and as I process all these rich experiences, I’ll be able to write more about some of the life changing moments that took place.

@theeventattwotennc is a new wedding venue in Kernersville, NC & it’s the perfect space to host weddings, parties and large events. I had the privilege of using this gorgeous space before it officially opens because I’ve been doing my healing work in this restored factory for several years.

It makes me very happy to think of all the energy work we did in that building that will ripple out to bless every bride and groom who will get married there in the future.

Here’s a fun memory when my inner shaman came out to play. 😉

I always knew I was doing #energywork when I danced: riding the collective wave of energy from the crowd, touching each person’s energy field in the audience, feeling intoxicated by the natural high of movement and rhythm.

What I didn’t understand at the time was how powerful dance was for me as #spiritretrieval work, activating my inner #shaman igniting the #medicinewoman that had always lived inside of me, allowing her to come forth on stage.

I started enjoying uniting the masculine and feminine parts of myself as performance turned into PRAYERformance. ;)

Each time I danced, the #prayerformance became more sacred & powerful. 🎯👑

These days most of my #dancetherapy is more like a moving meditation. Shamanic trance dance is my favorite style of embodied healing work and I also love #thefiverythms work by Gabrielle Roth.

I LOVE to facilitate #trancedance events where participants have a safe space to sweat their prayers and move freely. We dance for the earth, to call in the highest version of our souls. We dance for the ancestors & for future generations.

Just like Alice Walker said, “Hard times require furious dancing.” 💃🏻

I have a very special opportunity to be your tour guide in a facilitated #trancedanceexperience which is nothing less than a #shamanicjourney with free form movement, various types of music, a blindfold and plenty of room to move freely and explore your inner world.

You probably haven’t heard the story of my biggest challenge in the first year of owning my day spa back in 2001. My boyfriend/business partner was arrested by the FBI and sent to jail for seven years for bank fraud and I had no idea what he was doing. His arrest happened two weeks after we opened our #dayspa and I was forced to learn the business side of the wellness industry, whether I wanted to or not. This was a sink or swim moment in my life and I share more of my money story in the latest #nextlevelhealerpodcast episode 43. 🎧

In 2019, I kept having this weird recurring dream

In 2019, I kept having this weird recurring dream about water. The dream was a strong message, an admonition to “heal my waters” and I had no idea what it meant.

The dream was always the same and it went on for months. I would see the words: HEAL YOUR WATERS spelled out in front of me and then I would hear someone say those words. Then, I would immediately wake up and try to figure out the dream.

I wondered if maybe I needed to clean my blood. 🩸Was that the message? Or was the dream a strong call to help the waters of our planet? 💧

It turns out the dream was pointing me in the direction of both of those truths, since our bodies are part of this living Earth ecosystem. In my podcast episode “Confessions of a Dirty Mind: How to Upgrade Your Thoughts”, I tell the story of how I met my teacher #raymongrace

In an effort to understand the dream, I pulled out an old DVD showing how to clear and charge water. There was Raymon, a no nonsense cowboy from Virginia, telling me to go get my glass of water and put it up to the TV screen.
I never imagined I was going to learn so much more than how to heal water by working with Raymon Grace. His teachings on #dowsing have changed my life and up-leveled my #energyhealing practice.

For hundreds of years, the Laika (high shamans or wisdomkeepers of the Q’ero lineage of Peru) have used the despacho ceremony for a wide variety of occasions – births, deaths, as an expression of gratitude, to heal physical and emotional ailments, to restore balance and harmony, or when there is a specific request of the spirit world.
Similar to a mandala or sacred creation, the despacho holds symbolic elements and the prayers of the participants. As the elements are added to the despacho, the vibration of the participants and the room raises. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing.”-The Four Winds Society

The #despacho we created was full of sweetness, love, blessings, prosperity & prayers. We included seeds, flowers, figs, chocolate gold coins, tobacco, copal, shiny stars, silver thread, sweet candy, wine, brandy and many other delicious offerings to connect us to all our relations: sacred waters, mountains, nature spirits, ancestors, elements, animals, minerals=all of life.

Could anything delight me more than a surprise rite of passage/blessing ceremony? I love sitting in ceremony with medicine women from all lineages & traditions as we grow, connect and expand together, transcending the limits of cultural traditions while we learn from the ancestors’ ways. I love it all, learn from it all! ♾️

“Be brave enough to suck at something new” was

“Be brave enough to suck at something new” was the phrase that got me through 2020-2022.

After 25 years in the treatment room, I wanted to take everything I’d learned as an #energyhealer into the online space, but I was terrified.

It would have been so much easier to play it safe and stick with what I was best at doing. But the global shut down was my opportunity to learn new stuff and I took it! 💫

Luckily my adventurous spirit and curiosity won as I dove head first into learning #onlinecoursecreation #podcasting #onlinecoaching #bookpublishing and how to build an alliance of healing practitioners in an online professional community.

Some of these things still scare me, not gonna lie, 😬 but I actually love teaching online and mentoring practitioners to become the very best #energyhealers they can be.

In December of 2020, I shut down my nineteen year

In December of 2020, I shut down my nineteen year old S-Corporation. That was the end of a wonderful chapter of my career, 25 years as a #holisticentrepreneur providing bodywork and #energyhealing sessions in private practice.

During that weird time of transition for all of us, I just knew I really wanted to support holistic professionals who had been unable to see their clients during the shutdown. So I founded a non-profit ministry for healers in the beginning of 2021 and decided to put my non-denominational ordination as a minister to good use, for my people: the HEALERS who have not had much support, spiritual restoration or outreach programs available.
My minister/teacher side of me has been busy, but the holistic entrepreneur side of me is still alive & well, wanting to come out and play.

I’m ready to be in business again so I’m forming an LLC to assist healers on the business side of things, not just in a spiritual capacity. I have taken time to sit with this question: Can I run a business AND a non-profit ministry? The answer is a huge YES because I’m both of these things: spiritual hearted and business minded. and We can allow all of our many facets to shine. 💎
Healers can be financially successful!

This is my passion & purpose in two ways: spiritual refreshment AND business coaching/mentoring for holistic entrepreneurs.

So many miracles & shifts have happened lately! I haven’t had time to integrate all these profound experiences yet, but I am journaling about them as best I can.

Also, I’ve been listening carefully to what is the highest choice I can make in each moment by precious moment, carving out time to process deep healing and realizations.

I’ve been revisiting a version of myself in 2005 and doing some very deep healing work with her lately. #changethestory #rewriteyourlife

As I think back and remember that version of me, the 31-year old me in 2005, she was so driven, experiencing major burnout with managing 16 employees at my two day spa locations.

I can see many things so clearly now that 31-year old me could not see when she sold her business and went on a soul searching journey to study with Louise Hay and many other great teachers, leaving the spa industry behind for good, stepping into full-time #energyhealing as a career path.

Now, I can give that version of me so much acceptance, love and approval now as I integrate timelines and weave a new story.

In the power of this #fullmoonenergy I gave thanks that I now know a better way of creating my life than I did back then-no more grind, no more hustle, no more #approvaladdiction

I don’t have to recreate burnout for more lessons needed.

So much to give thanks for after the Raymon Grace workshop weekend and our #trancedance event Sunday night!
I have lots to share but it’s still swirling around in my heart. 💕

I cry every time I think back on the weekend and feel into the power of our community of healers.

So many friends contributed their beautiful skills and talents to make the weekend a special experience.

Profound healing occurs when people come together with heart-centered intention. 💜

I want to give thanks for each person involved in this epic weekend and as I process all these rich experiences, I’ll be able to write more about some of the life changing moments that took place.

@theeventattwotennc is a new wedding venue in Kernersville, NC & it’s the perfect space to host weddings, parties and large events. I had the privilege of using this gorgeous space before it officially opens because I’ve been doing my healing work in this restored factory for several years.

It makes me very happy to think of all the energy work we did in that building that will ripple out to bless every bride and groom who will get married there in the future.

Here’s a fun memory when my inner shaman came out to play. 😉

I always knew I was doing #energywork when I danced: riding the collective wave of energy from the crowd, touching each person’s energy field in the audience, feeling intoxicated by the natural high of movement and rhythm.

What I didn’t understand at the time was how powerful dance was for me as #spiritretrieval work, activating my inner #shaman igniting the #medicinewoman that had always lived inside of me, allowing her to come forth on stage.

I started enjoying uniting the masculine and feminine parts of myself as performance turned into PRAYERformance. ;)

Each time I danced, the #prayerformance became more sacred & powerful. 🎯👑

These days most of my #dancetherapy is more like a moving meditation. Shamanic trance dance is my favorite style of embodied healing work and I also love #thefiverythms work by Gabrielle Roth.

I LOVE to facilitate #trancedance events where participants have a safe space to sweat their prayers and move freely. We dance for the earth, to call in the highest version of our souls. We dance for the ancestors & for future generations.

Just like Alice Walker said, “Hard times require furious dancing.” 💃🏻

I have a very special opportunity to be your tour guide in a facilitated #trancedanceexperience which is nothing less than a #shamanicjourney with free form movement, various types of music, a blindfold and plenty of room to move freely and explore your inner world.

You probably haven’t heard the story of my biggest challenge in the first year of owning my day spa back in 2001. My boyfriend/business partner was arrested by the FBI and sent to jail for seven years for bank fraud and I had no idea what he was doing. His arrest happened two weeks after we opened our #dayspa and I was forced to learn the business side of the wellness industry, whether I wanted to or not. This was a sink or swim moment in my life and I share more of my money story in the latest #nextlevelhealerpodcast episode 43. 🎧

We’ve been doing #qigongteachertraining at Earthstar since February and I have really loved it, even the hard parts.

Honestly since I’ve been doing my own #qigongpractice every day for many years, I thought teaching Qi Gong would be easy. I found out as much as I love this healing modality, it is not easy to learn to teach!

Now I realize what an altered state I drop into when I’m doing my own #qigong practice.

The past few months have been all about staying mentally clear, embodied and precise with excellent communication skills as we demonstrate 36 martial arts moves which are slowed down and alchemized into healing energy work and #breathwork ☯️

I love to grow and strengthen my abilities as an #energyworker so this teacher training certainly checked all the boxes for personal growth and resiliency.

There were many challenging moments where I was like, “Why have I done this to myself?!” And now I’m so happy I did it! 😅

Thank you Dale & Jeanne for your love, support & wisdom and also for being great teachers and making us step into our excellence, even when self-sabotage creeps in.
